Notes about registration
1. This registration fee covers:
- Two full days of conference sessions
- Lunch on all three days of the meeting
- The opening and closing dinners
- A full day excursion
- Tours for partners who do not wish to attend the sessions details of which are at the bottom of the program page.
2. Accommodation is not covered by the registration fee.
3. Those who are not members must receive an invitation to attend as a guest before registering. For full details, see the Guest Nomination Form.
4. You may either register and book accommodation at the same time, or you may register first, then book accommodation later. (Eg. You must register before booking accommodation.) Before September 1st it will be possible to book accommodation with the payment of a one night deposit BUT after September 1st full payment for the accommodation is required in order to keep or make a reservation. The deposit will be refundable until September 1, 2011 after which there will be no refunds for cancellation.
5. If you want to book accommodation separately from registering please use the Accommodation link on the Home Page to book the hotel of your choice.
6. If you are registering yourself and a partner you must complete a form for yourself and then a separate one for your partner. When it comes to registering your partner fill in their registration details, skip over the hotel details, scroll down near the bottom of the form, choose the correct registration fee and then move onto which ever method of payment you have chosen.
IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AT ANY POINT ON ANY OF THESE FORMS JUST ABORT IT AND START AGAIN.
7. Everyone entering Turkey must have a visa and although some nationals can purchase them at the airport on arrival others must be arranged beforehand. Further information is available at http://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa and on the Travel Information link above.
8. Registrations will not be refundable after September 1st 2011.
