MPS welcomes and encourages guests to attend the conference. All guests must be nominated by a member and then approved by the Executive Committee of the society. There is no restriction on the number of guests a member may nominate. Please be aware that there is a registration cost to attend as a guest and look at the registration page for details.

Please fill in and submit the form below. You will be notified as soon as approval is given and then may register for the conference at the regular registration page of this website. Deadline for guest nominations is 30th September, 2011. Late nomination however may be considered. Each approved guest may bring an accompanying person.
